JOHOR BAHRU, Malaysia: Malaysia had a field day in the season-ending BWF World Super Series Masters Finals, winning three of the five titles on offer on Sunday.

Malaysia's Lee Chong Wei clinched the men's singles, while Wong Mew Choo took the women's singles as Wong Pei Tty/Chin Eei Hui snapped up the women's doubles.
The men's doubles went to South Koreans Jung Jae-Sung/Lee Yong-Dae with the mixed doubles going to Denmark's Joachim Fischer/Christinna Pedersen.
Wong, Malaysia's top woman shuttler, started the ball rolling by winning the singles title with a 21-15, 21-7 win over surprise finalist Juliane Schenk of Germany.
Then, women's doubles pair of Wong/Chin took to the court and retained the title with a 21-17, 21-14 win over Denmark's Kamilla Rytter Juhl/Lena Frier Kristiansen.
World number one Lee made it three for the hosts with a 21-17, 21-17 win over South Korean Park Sung-Hwan with another masterly display of badminton to retain the men's singles title.
"It is very satisfying to win the title again," said Lee, who has previously won four Super Series titles and two GP Gold tournaments.
Lee's next stop is Laos for the SEA Games where Malaysia has targeted two gold medals - the team gold and the men's singles.
But with Wong in top form, it could be three.
The Malaysian took the women's singles title with an unbeaten record and she once again displayed all round superiority in her game to tame the German with a rather easy 21-15, 21-7 win in 35 minutes.
"Am I lucky?" said Wong. "Maybe, as I should not be playing here as I did not qualify on merit. But it has been a sort of a 'fairy tale' run for me. Winning the title is certainly a boost before I play in the SEA Games."
In the women's doubles, Wong/Chin made short work of Denmark's Kamilla Rytter Juhl/Lena Frier Kristiansen to retain the title.
"We lost to this pair in the Sudirman Cup in China in May so it is good revenge to beat them twice here and in the process retain the title," said Wong.
The men's doubles title went to South Korean pair of Jung Jae-Sung/Lee Yong-Dae who toppled top seeds Carsten Mogensen/Mathias Boe in a thrilling final which lasted 46 minutes.
It was the second title for the Korean pair, a month after winning the China Open.
But it was no fairy tale ending for India's V. Diju/Jwala Gutta in the mixed doubles final.
Top seeds Joachim Fischer/Christinna Pedersen beat the Indians 21-14, 21-18 in 37 minutes for the title and the 42,000 dollars prize money that came with it.
"This is the biggest win in our badminton career," said Fischer.
